REPAIRS If you are not ready to install a new roof we can take care of the immediate repair needs and make maintenance recommendations to help you get the most life from your existing roof.

Your roof is among the most important parts of your home as it protects you, your belongings and the structure of the building from damage due to rain, wind, and more. Left untreated, a roof leak can (and will) cause damage to your home's structure as well as to your personal belongings. Therefore a roof leak should be taken seriously and repaired as quickly as possible.

Small roof leaks and cracks can add up to large problems and big repair bills if they are not taken care of early. Don't wait too long to see how the weather has been treating your roof. Inspect it often. If it appears to be badly worn, take care of the problem by either repairing your roof, or removing and replacing the entire roof.

The vast majority of roof coverings operate using the principal of gravity. This can be a big help in locating a leak source. However, horizontal roof boards can trick you. A leak may actually be eight to 10 feet sideways from where you see the wet ceiling or spot in the attic.

For optimum durability and beauty, a complete and healthy roofing system requires hip & ridge shingles, ventilation products, shingles, and water-resistant underlayment.

MOSS TREATMENT
Our Company has a maintenance program to treat and prevent debris and moss build-up on your shingles.

Because of this we have designed a program to help eliminate the growth of the moss on your roof.

Millions of roofs in the United States are plagued with roof moss and roof algae growth. Although these organisms themselves do not cause damage to the roofing materials, they trap water which does accelerate wear and tear. It is easy to clean a roof and more importantly, it is very easy to keep moss and algae from growing again.

The thick moss growth with its shallow root system keeps the roofing materials damp for extended periods of time and this moisture promotes wood rot and can and does erode the asphalt in shingles.

DID YOU KNOW?
Moss is a small, soft plant that tends to grow in clumps. Moss does not have flowers or seeds. It is a nonvascular plant, and there are around 10,000 different species. RAIN EQUALS MOSS-Moss requires moisture to survive.

Since it rains so much in the Pacific Northwest, roof moss grows rapidly. Because of this we have designed a program to help eliminate the growth of the moss on your roof.

Keeping moss off of a roof requires a lot of upkeep and most people don’t have the time to do it. The Moss will eventually grow through your shingles and take over your roof. If that happens you will need to replace your whole roof and that can cost thousands of dollars.

GUTTER CLEANING
We professionally clean and maintain a safe gutter system for your home. We provide all the essential gutter cleaning, maintenance, and installation services that homeowners need to keep their gutters safe and clean.

There are many important elements that go in to keeping a home protected from wind, water and other weather damage, but perhaps no feature is as underappreciated or as important as the gutters. Without properly functioning gutters, a home can suffer significant damage.

Cleaning your gutters is one of the most important things you can do to maintain the beauty and value of your home. When gutters are full of leaves and debris they become heavy and get pulled off pitch. This can result in damage to the fascia and soffit areas. As water overflows it leaks behind the gutter and can travel into your home.

Gutters play a vital role in the maintenance and protection of your home. They are part of the rainwater drainage system that helps prevent:

  • deck and foundation damage
  • termite, mosquito and rodent infestations
  • landscape destruction
  • mold growth

Any of these problems can be costly and time consuming to fix. Consistent maintenance is critical to keep your gutters clean.
